If a teacher misses promised teaching support, Oostad reviews the claim and restores that missed service as a credit on the learner’s next entitlement week.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support and we'll investigate promptly as a billing correction case.

Basic is free. Any Basic charge taken after the announced free-Basic cutover will be reviewed and, when confirmed, refunded as a billing correction through the original payment provider.
